The products required.
Shrimp thaw and dry in a paper towel.
Will rascality oil. And saute shrimp, stirring, about three minutes.
Again, drain on paper towel and cool slightly.
In a saucepan boil water, clean the shrimp, remove head (we don't need them), remove the shells and take tails. Put them in boiling water, sunflower and simmer 15 minutes. Then strain the broth, reduce heat.
In the pan where you fried the shrimp in the same oil, saute the garlic, onions and carrots.
Once the vegetables are Golden, add the cream and broccoli.
Bring to a boil and combine the contents of the pan and the broth. Pepper to taste. Again bring to a boil and drop in soup shrimp, again allow to boil.
Pour in soup plates and sprinkle with finely grated Parmesan! Delicious!
