French dessert
Sweet casserole, which the French cooked with juicy cherries. Served for dessert with yogurt or sour cream. Prescription A. Makarevich.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Powdered sugar

    75 g

  • Flour

    75 g

  • Cognac

    2 Tbsp

  • Milk

    300 g

  • Cherry

    450 g

Cooking

Beat the eggs with powdered sugar, as weight increase in the volume add the cognac.

Enter the sifted flour, stir with a spatula, gradually add the milk.

Shape 26, abundantly lubricated with oil, put the cherries (I did not have 450 g, put less).

On top pour the prepared mixture. Bake at 200 C until ready.

Serve with sour cream or yogurt.
