Before Easter there is still time. Soon every woman will look for the recipes of Easter cakes. I suggest one of these recipes.

Ingredients

  • Cream

    1.5 cup

  • Flour

    5 cup

  • Butter

    180 g

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Yolk egg

    8 piece

  • Almonds

    0.333 cup

  • Raisins

    0.333 cup

  • Candied

    0.333 cup

  • Salt

    1.5 tsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 tsp

  • Yeast

    10 g

  • Glaze

  • Topping pastry

The cream, gently heat, add 1 tbsp. of sugar. Mixture stir well until the sugar is dissolved.

Add the egg yolks (8 pieces) and melted butter (180 gr.)

Add the yeast (10 g), salt (1,5 tsp), vanilla sugar (1 teaspoon).

Mix until well blended.

Gradually pour the whole batch of flour (5 cups). Dough knead well.

Add candied fruit, raisins, almonds.

Dough knead well. Put the bowl of dough in warm place, covered with a piece of cloth. After the first rise punch down the dough and put for the second rise. Then the dough is put into forms and put in the delay for 40-50 minutes.

Form with the dough put in a preheated 200-210С oven. Bake until ready.
