Fitness cocktail
Very tasty, very healthy, quick to prepare drink. I love smoothies because they satisfy your hunger perfectly, and the dessert is replaced without extra "weighting".

Ingredients

  • Raspberry

    100 g

  • Beets

    100 g

  • Brown sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Pomegranate juice

    50 ml

Bake beets in the oven until soft (I wrapped in foil and "forget" about the beets for 1-1,5 hours). Sort through the raspberries. Congratulations, you have raspberry exactly one cocktail!

Beets cool and slice. Here's a simple set of products we need.

Blend raspberries with sugar. Sugar got a brown one from TM Mistral, it gives a nice caramel touch and much more useful than conventional refined. Add to raspberry puree beets and whisk well. In the end, add pomegranate juice and again blend for about 30 seconds.

Pour the cocktail into the glass and enjoy the taste with benefits! All a pleasant appetite!!!
