Potato balls with mushroom sauce
Delicious potatoes with a creamy sauce will please the whole family.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    1 kg

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Bread crumbs

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Mushrooms

    500 g

  • Sour cream

    250 g

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Vegetable oil

  • Spices

Peel the potatoes, boil, mash these with butter.

Roll potato balls, roll in breadcrumbs, dip in beaten egg and again roll in breadcrumbs.

Fry until Golden brown in vegetable oil.

Put on paper napkins to remove excess oil.

For the sauce I used canned mushrooms, but you can use any mushrooms of Your choice. Slice the mushrooms in half.

Fry in vegetable oil.

Add sour cream and melted cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for 5 minutes.

"Balls" place on a plate and cover with sauce.
