Onion soup
I found this recipe in cooking newspaper more than 5 years ago. And since this stew was a welcome guest at our table. I hope that the cooks my recipe will like.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    5 piece

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Onion

    6 piece

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Butter

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Allspice

  • Bay leaf

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Take our original products.

Potatoes cut into large cubes.

Put in a pot of water with potatoes and spices (Bay leaf, black pepper, allspice) and put it on the stove (I had a pot of 2.5 l).

Carrots cut into strips.

Before the contents of our pot is boiling, put in it the carrots and add salt after it boils.

Cut the onion into cubes.

Fry the onion in butter until Golden brown.

Clean and chop the eggs.

Once the potatoes and carrots are ready, send the sliced eggs into the pan.

Then sent to the pan fried onions. Mix everything. The soup should be quite thick. In the end pepper to taste.
