Pork roll and heart
Very hearty and delicious meatloaf, preparation is simple.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    0.5 kg

  • Heart

    0.5 kg

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Flour

    5 Tbsp

  • Semolina

    5 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    5 tooth

  • Spices

Cooking

Pork and heart (or liver) cut into small cubes, add the garlic.

Add semolina, flour, black pepper and salt.

Our mass add eggs and mix up well.

Divide mixture into 2 parts and place in 2 plastic plastic bag. Give the shape of roll.

These rolls are put in bags and tie well.

Cook under the lid in hot water for 1 hour on one side and 1 hour on the other side. (I made 2 portions, so I have a 4 pack)

As cooked - take it out and you can eat. Delicious hot or cold.
