Description
Chops cooked in this marinade out very tender. Another plus is that it can be marinated before cooking, pulling it from the fridge and fried the required amount. The longer meat is marinated, the tastier it turns out.

Cooking
Chop the chicken flesh, to recapture, so to get chops about the size of a palm.
Prepare the marinade. Finely-finely chop the onion, garlic, combine with tomato paste, eggs, flour and spices. Mix well.
Pour marinade the meat, mix well and put in refrigerator for a few hours.
Marinated chops spread on a heated pan with vegetable oil. Fry from two parties to readiness.
Ready chops are served to the table.
