Fish roulade
Roll, baked in foil. The cooking process is simple. Suitable for everyday table, and quite worthy of a holiday feast.

Ingredients

  • Fish fillets

    500 g

  • Fat

    100 g

  • Bun

    60 g

  • Semolina

    3 Tbsp

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Carrots

    80 g

  • Salt

  • Onion

    1 piece

Cooking

Fish fillets, bacon, onion grind in a meat grinder. Add the soaked, wrung bun in milk, semolina, salt to taste. Mix thoroughly.

Peeled raw potatoes grate on a coarse grater and squeeze.

Finely chop the greens.

Cheese to grate on a coarse grater.

On a piece of foil to put the fish meat in 2 cm, so that the edges of the foil remained unfilled for 3-4 cm around the perimeter.

Spread on top of grated potatoes.

Roll it up and take the edges of the foil. Bake in the oven for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
