Cooking
In a heatproof dish (pot) put lentils;
Add the potatoes and meat cubes;
Add the onion and carrot cubes;
Add the tomato (diced), cover with water, add the soy sauce, oil, pepper, a Bay leaf, chopped garlic;
Close the lid and cook at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes (depends on the volume of the pot); my dishes were heated along with the oven; Ready soup remove from the oven, stir, try for salt (if needed - salt, I salted), split on top with 2 quail eggs (or 1 chicken) and zagotoviti protein until tender; Serve them hot;
