Bean soup with corn
Quick, easy and delicious. A wonderful vegetable soup variety to your Lenten menu.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    70 g

  • Onion

    40 g

  • Carrots

    40 g

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Pepper

    40 g

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Seasoning

  • Spices

  • Water

    400 ml

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Corn

    60 g

  • Beans

    70 g

To prepare the beans. Beans (I chernoglazka) soak at least 4 hours, then wash and boil until tender. Then drain the water and rinse. You can use canned beans.

Onions, carrots and potatoes cut into small cubes, garlic - circle, and the Bulgarian pepper - julienne. Vegetables to combine in a saucepan, add the vegetable oil and soy sauce. I used soy sauce for stir-frying wok TM Kikkoman. Vegetables sauté for 10 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

Then add spices, seasonings, cover with water, bring to boil and cook on low heat for about 15 minutes.

Next, add the corn and beans. Bring to boil and turn off the stove. Cover and let stand the soup for at least 10 minutes.
