Flavorful hearty bread with a tender crumb and a crispy crust will be the perfect complement to Breakfast, lunch or dinner!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Wholegrain wheat flour

    100 g

  • Serum

    200 ml

  • Yeast

    7 g

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Parmesan

    50 g

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Sesame

In a bowl sift flour and wholegrain wheat, salt

Warm serum dissolve the yeast, add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.

Pour the liquid into the flour and knead the dough. Sprinkle the dough with flour, cover with a towel and leave to come for an hour.

After an hour the dough came. Knead the dough and lay out on work surface.

On a floured working surface thinly roll out the dough and grease it with vegetable oil.

Spread cheese with garlic on the dough and turn the dough roll.

Spread in a rectangular shape (30*10cm) and leave time for 10 minutes.
