Cooking
Beat sugar with melted butter.
Add the cheese to the butter with the sugar. Beat with a whisk (or blender)until smooth.
Enter the eggs one by one. Beat.
Sift flour with baking powder and a pinch of salt. Gradually adding to the cheese-oil mass, knead the dough.
Apples and plums wash. Apples peel, plums from the bone and cut into thin slices.
Put the dough in the form (diameter 20cm) with baking paper. Lay out alternating apples and plums on the tart, sprinkle with sugar.
Bake pie at 180 degrees for 45-60 minutes until Golden brown. Readiness check with a toothpick – it should remain dry. To remove the cake from the oven and allow to cool.
