Description
If you love the holiday, this recipe is for you! Meals can be prepared with any fruit, but I'm looking forward to the autumn when there is a pear "forest beauty". For me this is a favorite combination. At least it is possible to love fall. I love you, autumn I love you, autumn, for the glory of an unprecedented, Behind the elegant leaves and warm belated harvest For harvest, cobwebs flying Over the mushrooms and drizzle, for the real sadness Behind the azure azure, gray for the fog And for smoothly running clouds caravans. I love you, autumn, and, like Pushkin, dream – Tastiness of these cupcakes in the verses sing. Alexander Lysikov (Oh, without the permission of the author altered the last line)

Cooking
Sometimes I can't believe that in order to prepare delicious pastries, you need so little. So...
Beat butter, sugar and turmeric to a smooth cream. (Demerara is a quite large and dense sugar and at odds for a long time, if you want to speed up the whipping - grind it in a coffee grinder. The process will go faster, and the flavor and useful properties remain).
Add the flour and mix well.
Beat the whites in a stable foam (when zoom in).
Carefully enter proteins in the bulk.
Slowly stir until smooth.
Slice the pear into quarters, remove seeds, put into a form.
Within each mold pour 1 tbsp. l. Roma, to lay out the pear.
Spoon the dough is put in molds, on top of the pears, not consolidating.
Put in the oven for 20-30 minutes at 180*.
If not pears and transparent form, can be so.
