Squid salad and eggplant
Spicy.. And Juicy. Bright. Decorated with rings of pickled onion.. Simple and beautiful) "Scarlett March 8"

Ingredients

  • Squid

    200 g

  • Eggplant

    1 piece

  • Sweet pepper

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Spices

  • Greens

Aubergine and pepper bake in the oven.. bake for 30-40 minutes (depends on size)

Eggplant remove skin, cut into cubes... Pepper cleaned, cut into strips... Salt.. pepper... a little red hot pepper.. Sugar bred in vinegar and pour eggplant... leave no less than one hour to marinate..

Then chop up a clove of garlic... heated vegetable oil and pour hot... our coffee.

Squid I took the frozen rings, Boil them for 3 minutes... cut into strips

Add to the eggplant... stir gently and dressed with soy sauce

For decoration I pickled onion (sliced rings... was scalded.. made with vinegar... left to marinate for an hour)... Then paprika to sprinkle on a saucer and dip the ring in the paprika (This can be dill.. grain of sesame, black pepper etc.. according to your wishes)))
