I want to introduce you to a delicious jam from sea buckthorn juice and apples. It turns out very tender, tasty and delicious!

Cooking
Sea buckthorn berry is separated from twigs.
Well wash and dry on cloth towel.
Prepare the berries, a bit cut them in the bowl of a food processor. Then wipe through a sieve, separating the juice & cake. The cake will go to the cooking oil, more about that in another recipe - "the Oil of sea buckthorn cake".
2 kg of berries turned out almost 2 liters of juice. Pour it into a separate bowl and add 1 kg of sugar. Mix well and on time let us put aside. Now for the apples.
Apples my, clean and remove the core. Then grind using food processor.
The pan with the juice, put on fire, mix well and add chopped apples. Stir again, bring to the boil and cook, stirring occasionally, 20-25 minutes.
Mix thoroughly, bring to the boil and reduce the heat. The jam is already thick, so don't forget to stir! Cook until tender approximately 20 minutes. Hot spread into sterilized jars, cover with lids (you can screw) and wrap it up to cool. Of this number there were 8 bottles of 0.5 l!
