Roll of crab sticks
This beautiful appetizer proves that crab sticks can be used not only in salads. The loaf turns out very tasty. It can be submitted as a festive table for dinner at home, you can take with you on a picnic. Quite economical option will please your purses. Come to try!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Crab sticks

    240 g

  • Yogurt

    3 Tbsp

  • Flour pancake

    5 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Cheese sausage

    250 g

  • Green onions

    1 coup

  • Cucumber

    4 piece

  • Garlic

    6 tooth

  • Mayonnaise

    150 ml

  • Corn

    1 can

Take the paste: eggs, vegetable oil and yogurt a little beat into a soft mousse with a whisk. Add flour and stir.

Add grated on a coarse grater, crab sticks, not frozen. Our dough is ready.

On a baking sheet put parchment paper and pour on it the dough. Put in a preheated 200*C oven for 10-15 min.

While our baked roll, prepare the filling. Sausage cheese grate on a coarse grater, add the chopped onion, garlic and mayonnaise. I understand that 6 cloves is a lot. I put 4 and it was very garlicky. Place to your liking. On a grater grate the cucumbers, squeeze them of excess juice and add to our stuffing, mix well.

Get the roulade from the oven and allow it to cool 10 min. Spread on it the filling evenly

And turn into a tight roll. The roll is rolled very easily, never breaks and does not break.

Wrap it in cling film and put in the fridge for 4 hours, and preferably overnight.
