  • The dough is flaky unleavened

  • Yogurt

    300 ml

  • Chicken egg

  • Butter

    150 g

Cheese grate on a coarse grater or finely chop.

Beat the eggs with yogurt,

Melt the butter.

When the dough thaw, roll it to a thickness of 5 mm, each layer of dough cut in half.

To put the latest layer, sculpt the edges, pour the remaining butter, pierce in several places with a fork. Bake at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
