Green beans in Italian
Cooked this way the beans is a side dish that can be served warm or at room temperature. Also, the dish is ideal as a dressing for pasta, generously dusted with Parmesan.

Ingredients

  • Beans

    1 kg

  • Tomato

    500 g

  • Olive oil

    6 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Parsley

  • Basil

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    2 piece

  • Salt

Beans clean, wash and place in boiling salted water. Cook for about 15 minutes (depending on size)

Then to catch and put in a bowl.

In the same water put the tomatoes and wait, when you burst the skin. To catch it and peel the tomatoes, crush with a fork.

In hot oil, squeeze the garlic and put pepper. To roast garlic, but only to let it heat up to release the aroma.

Then add tomatoes, cook 5 minutes.

Then put the beans and salt to taste.
