Hearty, tasty salad for a festive table with chicken liver! Light garlic flavor, tangerine sweetness, suspension ingredients and not bored taste! The liver can take any other, to fill with sour cream and mayonnaise, a great alternative to traditional salads for the holiday!

Cooking
Liver and onions cut into cubes, put on a greased pan.
Fry and add soy sauce until tender.
In a bowl, cut into cubes cucumber, eggs, potatoes, stir.
Add diced carrots, Mandarin orange, bell pepper, mix well.
Add chopped onions, liver and garlic (via chesnoka-masher), mix well.
Salad optional - sour cream or mayonnaise, if necessary, salt.
The salad is served either a La carte or in one large salad bowl, top salad sprinkle with grated cheese and herbs when serving!
