It is really perfect for me - from the way of cooking to taste and appearance. I'm not saying that it will be perfect for all - everyone has different tastes. Easier just does not happen - no mixer, no bread machine necessary, it is not necessary long and hard to knead by hand. Real bread, in which not a drop of oil.
