Soup Geisha
From the failed rolls were such cute Japanese girls! The soup turned out very lean, so, I think, to follow a diet suitable.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

  • Carrots

  • Onion

  • Garlic

  • Potatoes

Cooking

Carrots, greens, onion and a few cloves of garlic (who doesn't love, can do without it) very finely chop in a blender.

Fry the mixture in oil...

Potatoes cut into strips and water to a boil.

While frying our veggies, take our chicken breast and beats it to slightly "stir".

When the vegetables are ready, spread them on our fillets...

.. and we begin to "create" our "geisha". Turn the breast something like rolls and pierce them in several places, joining together the edges with toothpicks. The result is a true Japanese "beam", that is!

I have left the unused filling, I just threw it in the soup. Cook the soup until cooked.
