Cucumbers in Korean
Very tasty dish for procurement and snacks.

Ingredients

  • Cucumber

    3 kg

  • Carrots

    300 g

  • Salt

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    250 ml

  • Vinegar

    250 ml

  • Seasoning

    0.5 pack

  • Garlic

    0.5 cup

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

Cooking

Small cucumbers cut lengthwise into 4 pieces.

Grate the carrots on a grater for carrots in Korean.

Finely chop the garlic. Add the remaining components.

Mix thoroughly. Cover and leave for a day (not in the fridge), stirring occasionally.

A day later...

Then fold in 0.5-liter cans, sterilized 15 minutes, roll covers. Wrap until cool.
