Cheesecake
Well, very cheesecake. Good on a weekday, but adding the baking chocolate, a delicious holiday version!

Ingredients

  • Sour cream

  • Pudding

    1 pack

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Cheese

    600 g

  • Coffee natural

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Flour

    160 g

  • Chocolate milk

  • Milk

Sift the flour with 1 teaspoon baking powder.

Make coffee, cool. Mix soft butter room temperature, sugar, coffee.

In a Cup, heat the milk/cream, put Alemany chocolate, stirring constantly to melt it. I took the Mars bars, adding 10 g of dark chocolate (it was only my wish).
