Broccoli take the frozen, boiled in salted water 2 minutes, put in a colander.
Tomatoes sliced rings.
On a serving plate, put the tomatoes on top of broccoli.
Next, put the mushrooms, I took pickled mushrooms, you can take any.
Coarsely chopped eggs put on top of mushrooms.
Then made the sauce. Perfect to take plain yogurt, but we have no such "delicacy", so they took primitive mayonnaise, mixed with mustard and white wine.
Evenly poured sauce on top of the salad.
Then took purchase ricotta (can be homemade).
With a spoon put the pieces of ricotta on top. Sprinkled with finely chopped greens.
