Bean-beet smoothie
Usually smoothies made from fruit. I suggest you a very useful vegetable smoothies!!!

Ingredients

  • Beans

    1 cup

  • Beets

    1 piece

  • Yogurt

    250 ml

  • Salt

To make this smoothie I used black beans of Mexico from the Mistral. In principle it is possible to cook any bean

Soak the beans overnight and boil until tender (about 2 hours). I used frozen beans, which I had previously boiled. I just thawed

In the bowl of a blender put the diced beets, the beans and pour the yogurt

Using a blender to turn them into smooth puree. Season with salt to taste and add any spices. I added dried garlic powder the Amount of yogurt depends on whether you want a thick smoothie, or more liquid. Adjust to your taste

Pour into a glass garnish with a sprig of dill and garlic and a ring of radishes
