Mushroom soup
Prepare this soup often! I like the taste of dry mushrooms!

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    150 g

  • Potatoes

    6 piece

  • Pearl barley

    150 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Salt

Cooking

Mushrooms soak in boiling water for 30-40 minutes.

Carrots grate on a coarse grater. Cut onion finely.

Drain the water from the mushrooms thoroughly washed and cut into slices.

Rinse 8 waters. Generally cereals never get off, but the spouse asked for any. Tried with different, more just like with barley.

Potatoes cut into cubes.

Fill a pot with water, bring to boil and pour the chopped mushrooms. Cook for 20 minutes.

Until cooked our mushrooms, to spasserovat onions and carrots.

In almost ready add the mushrooms rump. Boil for 7-10 minutes.

After potatoes.

And at the end of sautéing the onions and carrots. Add salt and boil for another 5 minutes, cover and let stand 20 minutes.
