Ingredients

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Yolk egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

    130 g

  • Almonds

    30 g

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Sugar

    125 g

  • Water

    20 ml

  • Ricotta

    250 g

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Corn starch

    25 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Mandarin

    350 g

  • Jelly

    1 pack

Cooking

Make the dough. In a bowl, mix the butter, flour, almond crumbs, salt and sugar (25 grams)
