Ice-cream cake with raspberries
Very gentle, you might say, cake-souffle without baking, easy to prepare.

Ingredients

  • Cookies

    0.5 pack

  • Nuts

    0.5 cup

  • Ice cream

    220 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Milk

    0.5 cup

  • Powdered sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Gelatin

    1 Tbsp

  • Raspberry

    1 cup

Cooking

Beat eggs with icing sugar and put in a water bath, add milk, bring to boil, stirring occasionally. Soak gelatine, allow to swell and heat up, do not boil

Received the souffle to cool, add gelatin and ice cream, beat. The form lay a cling film on the bottom lay the raspberries.

On top pour the cooked soufflé.

Top the souffle with crushed nuts, biscuits, slightly flatten with a spoon. Put in cold to cool.

Frozen cake to turn on a flat dish, remove the film.
