Cooking
RUB the eggs with sugar, add sour cream, then the milk, all is well beaten, then the flour and last but not least, soda, slaked vinegar.
Bake at 175-180 degrees for 40 minutes. Or test, when the toothpick comes out dry. I put two of the same shape together, it is much faster.
Each Korzh cut in half, allow to cool.
To make the cream, whip the cream, add the boiled condensed milk and again beat well the cream turns thick.
Each cake impregnated with syrup, then, well lubricated by the cream and fold in on each other, smear the top with the remaining cream and decorate. I even poured the grated chocolate between the layers.
