Description
Very non-traditional combination for a clafoutis, but, nevertheless, it is! This recipe combines 2 utility: tuna and olives. Because the dish is best served chilled, it will be a wonderful meal for hot summer days. The recipe from Elena Chekalova.

Cooking
Tuna decanting, remove from cans and mash with a fork.
Dilute 1 tsp of starch in 2 tbsp of milk.
Whisk eggs and enter the remaining milk. Add diluted starch.
Tomato mash, combine with tuna, add the egg-milk mixture.
Season with salt and pepper.
A baking dish greased with olive oil. Put the fish mass. Lay at the same distance of olives. Sprinkle cheese clafoutis. Put in the preheated oven and bake for 30-40 minutes at 180°C.
To give the dish to cool to room temperature. Serve with a salad.
