Potato soup with buckwheat dumplings
The site has a lot of delicious recipes of soups with meatballs, I reviewed all of them and have decided to offer You my version of the recipe that I use for several years. Tasty buckwheat-meat meatballs with cheese filling perfectly with coarsely chopped potatoes from the soup and complement each other. This soup always helps me.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    300 g

  • Buckwheat

    0.5 cup

  • Dutch cheese

    100 g

  • Potatoes

    6 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Spices

  • Greens

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

In boiling water drop large sliced potatoes. In butter spasserovat onions until Golden, add carrots, cooking for another 7-10 minutes on low heat.

The beef in my freezer there is always often use it in cooking lunch/dinner. For this recipe, boil until cooked buckwheat, combine with minced meat, add raw egg, salt-pepper, make a small flat cake and in the middle put a piece of cheese to form a meatball.
