Vegetable soup with garlic croutons
Very healthy, flavorful and delicious soup. It is perfect for a meatless diet, as well as for baby food and dietary. To prepare its not difficult, and the result will not disappoint.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    600 g

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    100 g

  • Leeks

    200 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Bread

  • Water

    1.5 l

  • Soy sauce

    30 ml

  • Sunflower oil

    100 ml

Peel the potatoes and chop coarsely, finely chop the garlic.

Leeks and celery cut into rings.
