Cooking
Peel the potatoes and chop coarsely, finely chop the garlic.
Leeks and celery cut into rings.
In a pot heat oil, fry onion and celery for about 3-5 minutes until Golden brown.
Add half of the garlic and potatoes. Cook, stirring, 3 minutes until Golden brown.
Pour boiling water so that water covers the vegetables in 1-2 cm
Cook for 20 minutes, until the potatoes are done.
Meanwhile, bread cut into cubes, spread on a baking sheet and dry in a preheated 200 degree oven for 10 minutes.
In a small saucepan, heat the oil, add the remaining garlic, salt and fry for about a minute.
Immediately pour the garlic oil over the croutons and mix.
Ready soup whisk immersion blender until smooth.
Add soy sauce, Kikkoman, again whisk.
