Description
A simple pie of available ingredients. Very fragrant. Very impressive looks on the table. When this cake is not dry in the first place due to the impregnation of tangerine syrup and substitute the flour with semolina. The cake can be prepared using any citrus fruit - oranges, lemons, grapefruits.

Cooking
3 Mandarin oranges to remove the zest. Then the same cleaning and using a blender grind into a puree.
From 0.5 cups of sugar and 1 Cup water cook the syrup - keep on medium heat until the sugar dissolves, then bring to a boil. 5 Mandarin oranges remove skin, cut into slices. Add them to hot syrup and cook on slow fire for 5 minutes.
