Spicy tomato Korean
Tomatoes are my weakness! Only would've eaten them all season, and this is a treat at all difficult to give up!

Ingredients

  • Tomato

    2 kg

  • Garlic

    2 piece

  • Salt

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Pepper

    2 piece

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    100 g

  • Vinegar

    100 ml

Cooking

Tomatoes washed, cut into 2, big into 4 parts.

Prepare all other vegetables.

In the bowl of a blender combine the pepper, garlic, salt, sugar, vegetable oil and vinegar. Punching until almost smooth.

In this mass add chopped herbs, mix well.

In a 3 liter jar (and this volume consist of just on it) to put layers of tomatoes and our dressing, alternating them.

Close the jar with a lid and put in refrigerator at least a day. But I like the appetizer after at least 4 days! Here is our jar before sending it to the refrigerator. Gradually the tomatoes will provide the juice and the brine will be more.
