Cooking
To beat the meat well and marinate in orange juice and mustard , add the salt, pepper fragrant, let stand a few minutes.

Fry the meat on a dry pan, under pressure. (I did it in the waffle iron, the meat is better retained and perfectly cooked!) Eggplant roll in sesame seeds,fry with 2 sides (I had to cut them in half, was too long)
Garlic finely chop and fry in butter-2 tbsp, add the nuts and spices listed. Mix well. Cheese to grind in a blender, add the greens.
Meat put a layer of cheese a good wiping.
Then eggplant, top with nuts. So alternating stacked layers, slightly pressing. The last layer of cheese.
Decorate with tomato and orange peel
