Salad with peppers and eggplant on the grill
Love eggplant in any form, but it is a pity that while cooking they absorb a lot of oil, which negatively affects the figure. This salad is a real lifesaver! Tasty, fast and not greasy! A lot of vitamins and fun) Try it!

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    3 piece

  • Red sweet pepper

    2 piece

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Garlic

    5 tooth

  • Olive oil

  • Soy sauce

  • Vinegar
