Cooking
Eggplant wash and cut into slices. Fry the slices in vegetable oil on both sides.
The cherry tomatoes cut into 4 parts.
To the tomatoes add the fried eggplant, if the slices are large, cut them in half. Then chop and add the greens.
Salad skip through the press garlic, soy sauce and vinegar according to your taste. In no case do not add the salad oil, it very much fried eggplant, so when it's all done mixing, it will be very juicy and tasty. Optionally, add spices.
The salad marinate for 20 minutes and serve.
