Cooking
Prepare the dough. Mix the flour with eggs and water, salt.
Put the dough in a plastic bag for at least 30 minutes.
Prepare stuffing. Mince beef, pork and onions.
Stuffing mix with hands, add salt, add vodka.
Roll out the dough into long sausage with a thickness of about 3 cm. Each sausage cut into pieces about 1.5 cm.
Roll out each piece as thin as possible. The thinner the dough, the more delicious dumplings.
In the middle of the tortilla put a teaspoon of stuffing.
And connect the ends to form the shape of a dumpling.
Repeat until the dough and filling. Put the dumplings on a floured surface.
Then boil in salted water for 10-15 minutes and voila!
