Chocolate cake with curd-coconut balls

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    6 piece

  • Sugar

    110 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    2 pack

  • Dark chocolate

    50 g

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Starch

    5 Tbsp

  • Cocoa powder

    3 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Cheese

    250 g

  • Coconut shavings

    50 g

  • Powdered sugar

Cooking

Curd-coconut balls: mix cottage cheese, 50 gr. sugar, 3 tbsp corn starch, coconut and 2 egg yolks until smooth.

Wet hands to form balls and put in the split mold (covered with parchment paper and greased)

Chocolate dough: whisk 4 egg yolks with 30g. sugar and vanilla sugar until light and mass.

Melt the chocolate

Sift the flour, 2 tbsp starch, baking powder, cocoa and stir.

Add the melted chocolate and the dry mixture into the egg mixture. Mix well.

Beat 4 protein with 30 grams. of sugar until thick foam.

Carefully connected with the resulting batter and gently stir.

Pour the chocolate dough balls. Bake in the oven(at 180.) until tender (about 40 min.)

The finished pie to cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar as desired.
