Jelly dessert
If you like jelly desserts and you have stashed in the freezer since the summer of currants, you will be able to please your family and friends with this delicious and beautiful dessert for the New year.

Ingredients

  • Gelatin

    1 pack

  • Black currants

    800 g

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Cheese curd

    100 g

  • White chocolate

    100 g

  • Topping pastry

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Take the currants, let it thaw, drain the liquid (do not pour).

Dissolve gelatin in the liquid, I have a Dr. Oetker.

Break the currants in a blender, strain through a sieve, add the sugar.

Bring syrup to a boil, but not boil, enter the swollen gelatin, stir until dissolved.

Pour jelly into glasses (tumblers), allow to cool, put in refrigerator until fully cured for at least three hours.

Whisk the cream with the curd cheese into the cream with a mixer.

White chocolate melt in a water bath.

Add the chocolate cream and cottage cheese and again whisk well.

Otkryvaem cream frozen jelly. Better to use a nozzle "closed star", but I don't have one. Sprinkle top pastry topping, I have chocolate from Dr. Oetker.
