Apple clafoutis
Clafouti aux pommes dessert originally from Normandy. Serve it hot, warm or cold - in any form it will be delicious.

Ingredients

  • Apple

    6 piece

  • Raisins

    0.5 cup

  • Rum

    0.25 cup

  • Butter

    5 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    0.75 cup

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Flour

    50 g

  • Cream

    0.5 cup

  • Cinnamon

    0.25 tsp

Cooking

Rinse the raisins and soak in dark rum.

Well a refractory form of butter (the rest of the oil to melt) and sprinkle with 2 tbsp sugar.

Apples good wash, remove the core and cut into four parts. Then cut into longitudinal slices with a thickness of 1 cm.

Lay the apples in the form in a single layer. Drizzle with melted butter and sprinkle with 2 tbsp sugar. Bake in top of oven 25 minutes at a temperature of 190 C.

Baked apples should be soft but maintain shape. Squeeze the raisins and liquid to spray apples.

Beat eggs with sugar in a magnificent mass.

To drive flour, cream, add the raisins and cinnamon.

Pour the mixture baked apples and put into the oven. Bake in the middle of the oven for 25 minutes at 190 C. the Surface should be brown, and a skewer stuck in the dessert, must be clean. Dessert can be served with lightly whipped cream or crème fraiche.
