Queen among autumn vegetables is undoubtedly pumpkin. Here is a jam out of it and going to cook. The impetus for preparing this jam was the advice of chef MATISA. What happened to You, dear cooks.

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

    1 kg

  • Sugar

    600 g

  • Orange

    1 piece

  • Ginger

Grind the pumpkin (I rubbed on a grater for beet), add the sugar and leave until the juice.

Orange zest grate, the flesh is cut.

Ginger I rubbed on a grater with smaller holes.

When the pumpkin has started to give juice, put on fire, bring to a boil and cook for 40 minutes. After 40 minutes add orange zest, boil for 10 minutes, add ginger, boil for another 5 minutes. Sort them into jars. And in the morning you can get the fabulous pleasure of tasting the jam. Bon appetit!
