This salad was made with little niece for the contest "Scarlett March 8". Niece collects white toy cats. And here's what happened... I Primilla white cat. I feel it: spring is coming!

Cooking
Chicken fillet dismantle the fibers, egg whites RUB on a small grater, sardines in oil, mashed with a fork, radish peel (we have a white cat :-) ) and cut into thin strips.
For filling, mix cheese with cream until the consistency of liquid sour cream.
Mix all the ingredients. Add dressing and black pepper to taste.
On a plate of salad weight to put a silhouette of a cat. Egg yolks RUB on a small grater and spread around (they have depicted the solar flare :-) ). And in a good mood to present the salad beloved mom! Bon appetit!
