Tomatoes cut into slices, place in baking pan, add 4-5 tablespoons of olive oil, sprinkle with herbes de Provence and oregano. Crush garlic cloves and put them on the tomatoes. Send in the oven for 20-30 minutes at a temperature of 160 deg.
In the frying pan 1st.a spoonful of olive oil and fry sliced onion until translucent, slightly Golden color. Spread on paper towel to get rid of excess fat.
In the same pan fry the strips of ham until crisp and lay on paper towel.
A quarter baked tomatoes wipe through a sieve, the remaining tomatoes to send to bake in the oven for another 5 min.
Cut into small cubes cheese.
Beat the eggs, season with salt and pepper, add the chopped small cubes of cheese, sour cream, pureed tomato sauce, onion, ham and roasted tomatoes, stir.
