Soup with the taste of mushroom chips
Last summer the kids and I scored a bunch of boletus and children love to collect, but is somehow not very. So I came up with to make this soup where I can't see inside the mushrooms. Children when I tried, it said it "Chip soup" and swept away everything that was, and Supplement asked. Try it, it's really easy and delicious.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    6 piece

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Cheese

    2 piece

  • Salt

    1 tsp

Here are all the products that we need

First, boil the mushrooms. In boiling salted water, drop our mushrooms and cook for 15 minutes, until mushrooms are saturated with water and slightly lowered. The smell is so fragrant! Mmmmmm

Then add chopped potatoes and cook until tender.

When all cooked - off, add narrow strips of cheese and leave to cool slightly.

After this intense grind in a food processor (blender, etc). Pour into a bowl, sprinkle with croutons and (AH!) dine served!
