Ingredients

  • Pork

    300 g

  • Lentils

    200 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Celery root

    100 g

  • Bay leaf

    2 piece

  • Greens

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Water

    2 l

Prepared vegetables fry slightly in a skillet. Potato peel, cut and drop in the pot with the meat. Then add the lentils. I was very small, so cooked for 10 minutes. In the end add Podarochnoe, herbs and Bay leaf. Add salt to taste.
