Cooking
Separate the whites from the yolks. The whites well beaten to a froth, at the end of whipping gradually add the 150g sugar.
Then, place the egg yolks and gradually stir them in mass.
Not stopping whipping, a thin stream pour 150ml of vegetable oil. Sift flour with baking powder and add alternately with 150ml milk, stirring gently with a spoon (not a mixer!).
Divide the dough in half. In one part add 2 tbsp cocoa.
Square split mold 20х33 cm to cover the parchment (I have the sizes are a little different, but very close to the recommended). Pour the white batter, spread it on the bottom of the form. Top gently pour the dark dough and spread the cherry. Here is my small digression, cherries should be a little bit more than me. The cake is beautiful and delicious. Bake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes. Cool.
For the cream 250ml milk to boil with 100 g sugar.
The remaining 250ml milk well eggs with 2 yolks, 2 tablespoons of starch and 3 tbsp flour. Gently pour in the mixture boiling milk with sugar, stir and put on a small fire. Cook, constantly stirring, until thick and cool. During cooling, formed a solid crust, you can lightly sprinkle the surface of the cream with sugar or butter.
The softened butter beat well. Then gradually add the cooled cream and beat until the mixture becomes homogeneous.
With the cooled cake, remove the paper and put it back into shape. Spread on surface of cream and refrigerate for a few hours, the cream has stiffened.
For the chocolate glaze: melt 200g chocolate with 70g of butter, mix well and spread on cream. When the glaze hardens, remove the cake from the mold and cut into portions. All! Bon appetit!
