Chocolate cake
Moist chocolate cake with orange custard. Simply and quickly prepared, is eaten with pleasure.

Ingredients

  • Orange

    1 piece

  • Dark chocolate

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Water, carbonated

    0.333 cup

  • Leavening agent

    1 pack

  • Milk

    0.5 l

  • Cocoa powder

    2 Tbsp

First, prepare the orange cream: milk, 2 eggs, 1/2 C sugar, zest of 1 orange, 2 tbsp. flour put in a pan and, stirring constantly, over low heat cook until thick. Cooled. I set the bowl of custard into a pot of ice water. The aroma of the cream is simply magical!

Biscuit in a mixer, beat 2 eggs with sugar (1/2 Cup), cocoa, soda, baking powder, flour and about half of the finely grated chocolate. Bake the cake in a hot oven in the form.

Cut the cake into 4 layers (horizontally) immediately after baking.

Collect the cake: biscuit lubricated cream, very abundant.

Decorate the remaining cake with grated chocolate, zest and orange slices.
