Sun-dried tomatoes
This recipe suggested to me by my friend, after tasting these tomatoes, do them every week because they are so quickly eaten by the family. Especially tasty in combination with feta cheese or cheese.

Ingredients

  • Tomato

    1.5 kg

  • Garlic

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    4 tsp

  • Salt

    3 tsp

  • Rosemary

  • Basil

  • Thyme

  • Dill

  • Marjoram

Prepare all the necessary ingredients.

Wash, cut tomatoes lengthwise into 6 pieces. Spread out on a baking sheet. Can be put on parchment.

Mix salt, sugar and a mixture of Provencal herbs. I have a rosemary, Basil, thyme, dill, marjoram. Three teaspoons, same of salt, four tablespoons of sugar. The specified amount is enough for two trays.

Sprinkle with the mixture of tomatoes

Send in the oven at minimum temperature. The first hour or two to jerk with a closed oven, then a little lift. Tomatoes ready when does not follow from them juice

In a jar pour a couple of tablespoons of olive oil. To store tomatoes, shifting each layer, sliced crosswise garlic. Each layer is to pin down a bit. If necessary, oil can be a bit add.
